WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Corning takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure our products are free from manufacturing defects. Our return policy provides a replacement or refund of damaged product(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase.



WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?

If you receive product(s) in damaged condition, and it’s within 30 days from the date of purchase, please take a photograph of the damaged product(s) and send it as an attachment in an email to MASTERPIX@corning.com. Please provide the following information via email, and a customer service representative will confirm receipt of your email, and then notify you of the status of your request.
  • In the Subject Line please include: “ “REPLACEMENT REQUEST “or “REFUND REQUEST”– (Your order confirmation #)”
  • In the body, please include the details of your issue with the order as well as a contact phone number where you can be reached
Corning will have no liability for any products which have been misused, mishandled, stored or used in extreme environmental conditions, installed, handled, displayed, or used other than in accordance with instructions provided by Corning, or intentionally or recklessly damaged by you or any third party. Corning does not guarantee or warranty that its products will work for any unintended purpose or in any set of conditions. Please see our Terms of Use.
If your replacement or refund is approved, we will take immediate action to either replace your product or refund the purchase price. We will communicate this with you as we take action on your order.



WHAT ARE VALID REASONS FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF AN ORDER?

If our product does not meet your expectations, please contact us at MASTERPIX@corning.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.
We do not provide refunds or replacements:
  1. after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. for gift card purchases 



HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?

Once your request is received, a customer service representative will contact you. If your request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. In cases where a replacement is being provided, the customer service representative will notify you of lead times and shipping information. In refund cases, funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 to 4 weeks. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund.
